📱 Nokia

IP Customer Application Engineering (May 2023 - August 2023)

• Recreated complex customer network topologies using Nokia 7750 Service Routers and Fiber Optic Cables to simulate real-world scenarios.
• Analyzed network traffic and implemented solutions to optimize routing and switching protocols.
• Organized and hosted engaging events such as Ping Pong and Volleyball Tournaments, fostering a positive workplace community.
• Employed Ixia traffic generators and Spirent TestCenter for comprehensive testing and performance evaluation.

🔔 Bell Technical Solutions

Student Technician (May 2022)

• Learned and applied Bell's IT operations
• Install cables directly to customer’s homes and program routers to the backbone network
• Apply courtesy while driving company vehicles and inside customer homes

Summer Student (May 2021- September 2021)

• Assist with troubleshooting faults
• Unload quality parts out of the press machine and
  organize them into pallets
